Professor for Business Analytics

Stefan Thalmann is Professor and the Head of the Center for Business Analytics and Data Science of the Karl-Franzens University of Graz, Austria. Prior to that he was with the Graz University of Technology and lead the cognitive decision support group in the application-oriented research center Pro2Future. He holds a diploma in Information Systems from the University of Halle-Wittenberg, a PhD and a habilitation degree in Information Systems from the University of Innsbruck. His research interest includes industrial data analytics, data-driven decision support and the management of knowledge risks in digitized supply chains.
